2. Our Services
Dania Maids specializes in professional cleaning and maid services across Doha and all areas of Qatar. With over 28 years of experience and 1,200+ five-star Google reviews, we offer:
- Home Cleaning — thorough cleaning for villas, apartments, and residential properties across Doha.
- Commercial Cleaning — tailored cleaning solutions for offices, retail spaces, and commercial environments.
- Office Cleaning — professional daily or weekly cleaning for workspaces of all sizes.
- Maid Services — trained Filipino maids available hourly or daily for residential and commercial clients.
- Carpet Cleaning — deep cleaning for carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture.

3. Booking and Scheduling Policies
- How to Book: You can book cleaning services through our online booking page, by calling +974 4444 0086, or via WhatsApp at +974 3333 7410. As the first cleaning company in Doha to offer AI-powered booking and customer support, we make scheduling fast and easy. Bookings are confirmed upon our acknowledgment and availability.
- Scheduling Adjustments: We do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Changes requested on shorter notice may incur an adjustment fee.
- Cancellation Policy: To cancel a booking, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Payment Terms
- Service Fees: Pricing is provided at the time of booking and may vary based on service type, property size, and specific requirements. Home cleaning starts from 35 QAR/hour. Any additional fees or applicable taxes will be communicated before the service begins.
- Payment Options: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments. Payment is generally due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Outstanding Balances: Unpaid amounts may be subject to late fees, and continued non-payment may result in service suspension.
5. Quality Standards and Service Satisfaction
At Dania Maids, we are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services every time. Our team of 67+ professionally trained and background-checked Filipino staff follows strict quality standards on every job.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the details and make every effort to address your concern — including re-servicing at our discretion. 6. Client Responsibilities and Service Limitations
- Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time and secure personal items, valuables, and fragile belongings before the service begins. Dania Maids is not liable for damage to or loss of items that were not adequately stored or protected prior to cleaning.
- Safety and Access: We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions at the property are deemed unsafe for our staff or if access is restricted.
- Limitation of Liability: Dania Maids is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Privacy and Data Handling
We respect your privacy and handle personal data responsibly. Our data collection, usage, and protection practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
8. Prohibited Use
When using our website or services, you agree not to:
