At very short notice, I was provided with a house cleaning service prior to my wife returning home from the hospital. The cleaner arrived on time, was friendly and worked really hard. In April 2023 I found my cat poisoned after a cleaner from this company came to clean my house as she had been doing for the past 8 months. In March 2023, Ms. Rashad, told me that the cleaner had to clean the studio in 3 hours instead of 2 hours which is what she had been doing for the past 8 months (my studio is clean by itself because I clean it and I never asked her to iron or put washing machines). I told him no, if he didn't want to come I would find another cleaning company. The next day, the cleaner came and my cat died. When I went to the vet they told me that he had been poisoned by someone because the amount of poison ingested was very high. No one came into my house, only me and the cleaner. When I went to talk to supervisor Rasha the next day, with the vet's report, she told me that I was crazy and that nothing like this had ever happened to her. The legal department of the holding company to which the company belongs had to intervene, and the director of the legal department had to ask her to behave and stop being disrespectful, the legal director invited her to leave the office and the director himself told me that he was not surprised that it could have been a cleaner. I was offered 5 free cleanings which I obviously refused. They are currently being investigated by the Qatari authorities, as I filed the corresponding complaint
